Kim McInerney began teaching at IU South Bend in August 2010 and is the coordinator for the public speaking course. She received her Master of Nonprofit Administration from the University of Notre Dame and her Bachelor of Arts from IU South Bend. Prior to teaching, McInerney worked in the public relations field for the American Cancer Society and the University of Notre Dame.
McInerney focuses on bridging theory and practice in her classes. She infuses pop culture, service learning, and practical application into the student experience.
